Please note the following terms and conditions
governing returns
Items must be returned within the warranty period.
We require that the item be returned in its original condition
and packaging.
When sending goods back, we only cover the cost of freight
for goods that are faulty or damaged during delivery.
All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase e.g.
printed copy or photocopy of receipt.
Warranties
Magnetic Hematite
Hematite can be replaced within 30 days of purchase, if it
is a manufacturer's fault.
Necklaces with a clasp must not be pulled over the head as
this weakens the clasp and the end links. Elastic bracelets
must not be pulled up the arm. Doing this will overstretch
and weaken the elastic.
Purchases up to 3 months can be repaired at the cost of postage
and handling (minimum charge $10.00). Any time after that,
no warranty unless at the discretion of the company. Alternatively
purchase elastic from and craft store to re-thread the item
yourself.
Magnetic Jewellery Care Instructions
Hematite jewellery should be removed when showering or swimming
and looked after as per 'normal jewellery', and not be exposed
to sea water, detergents, skin care creams, perfumes, etc...
Magnetic Health Products
Multi purpose Seat Cover/Underlay Sleeping Pad, Seat Cushion,
Pillow inserts carry a 12-month manufacturer's warranty for
defective products only.
Other health products as per our price list are covered by
a 3 month manufacturer's warranty.
Belts, Pet Collars, Insoles, Straps, Vest

DO NOT machine wash or soak in water. If necessary wipe surface
with damp cloth or dry clean only.
Delivery
We are currently only delivering Within Australia: (2-10
working days) Delivery is charged according to the weight
of the item.

All goods are shipped using Australia Post which usually
provides delivery within 4 days however some country areas
should allow up to 10 days for delivery. Larger or bulky orders
may incur additional delivery charges depending on the final
weight or volume.
The Pain Relievers maintains a strict policy by not adding
additional charges above that of the actual cost of delivery.
The customer can be assured that we will endeavor to keep
any additional charges to a minimum.
Orders over $100 are sent Registered Post.
Pricing
All items are priced in Australian dollars including GST.
The shopping cart checkout will display the GST component.
Payment
Payment by credit card via our secure server is the easiest
and most convenient. Simply fill in your details at the checkout.
